1.1. Fry bacon in dutch over 1.2. Remove bacon to bowl but keep oil in pan 1.3. Chop and fry vegetables in bacon fat

2.1. Add spices to mix and fry shortly

3.1. Add water and lentils to mix and bring to boil 3.2. Simmer for 35-40 min 3.3. Mix with immersion blender to desired texture

4.1. Season to taste with lemon, salt and pepper 4.2. Add bacon back in 4.3. Garnish with parsley
