2.1. Set oven to 250C 2.2. Heat up cast iron pot or similar in oven 2.3. Unwrap dough, fold softly twice. 2.4. Transfer dough to hot pot 2.5. Let cook in oven for 30 min with lid on. 2.6. Remove lid and cook another 15 min.
